MediTrust is transparent about the information you provide. Browsing and search are free without login; Google sign-in is required only for account-bound actions such as inquiries, likes, and saves.
1. Information we collect
- On Google sign-in: name, email, profile photo, Google account identifier (uid).
- On inquiry: contact, departure country, area of interest, target clinic, message.
- Activity: likes, saves, chat history, and access timestamps.
2. How we use it
- To know which user submits an inquiry to which clinic, and to handle and respond to inquiries accurately.
- We are an information service and do not broker medical care. We do not use your data for ad targeting or sell it to third parties.
3. Retention
- Inquiry and account data are kept only as long as needed, and deleted promptly upon request or once the purpose is fulfilled.
4. Your rights
- You can view your own inquiries, chats, and likes from My Account.
- To delete your account or data, contact goldenrod@must.company.
5. Analytics
- We use Google Analytics with ad storage and personalization denied by default (consent mode).
